TRUMP U.

Today, former employees reveal that Trump University is a "scam" and a "lie." Sales people used high-pressure sales techniques that encouraged students to max out on their credit cards.  Benefits were elusive.  This matters for those with P.T.A.D. because it undermines the central premise of Donald Trump's qualifications for president by revealing that Trump is just another huckster, albeit more orange-hued than most.

AN INDEPENDENT CANDIDATE?

Conservative bigwig (and fellow P.T.A.D. sufferer), William Kristol hinted via Twitter that an "impressive" third-party candidate would soon announce.  Even the idea of this sent Trump's tweeting into a tailspin, calling Kristol a "dummy" and urging Republicans stay "strong."  We'll stay tuned.

FLORIDA PULLING AWAY FROM TRUMP

As far as electoral politics are concerned, Florida is basically the south (except the 10% of the population that lives around the southern tip of Miami.)   The latest poll shows Trump losing to Clinton by 3% - not a huge margin but hard to win the presidency without Florida.  In other words, bad news for Trump.  Good news for your sleep tonight.
